Returns & Exchanges

At Scratch Foundation, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, our team will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
